Refund Policy

We hope to inspire your joy with the purchase of crystal accessories. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 7 days of delivery, subject to the requirements of our refund policy.

In this Return Policy, "we", "us" and "our" are references to H&Y CRYSTAL ENTERPRISE (SA0463469-H)

H&Y CRYSTAL reserves the right to accept or reject product returns. Please contact us if unsure.

Return policy

You can return new items sold and fulfilled online by H&Y CRYSTAL within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

Contact us at (Wechat/Whatapp) +60 12-9166197 or email services@hycrystal.com.my  for returns within 48 hours of the product shipping date. You will need to provide your order number, contact details and reason for return.

Items should be returned in their original product packaging with the original product label attached. A copy of the shipping confirmation email or order confirmation email is included in the package.

All return fees must be paid in advance. We cannot accept cash on delivery deliveries. You will be solely responsible for any damage/loss of the product during the return process, so it is recommended that you use an insured express shipping (PosLaju, Citylink, Fedex, DHL, etc.) to prevent losses.

All returns must be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before a refund can be processed.

We will refund to you the way you originally paid for your order, excluding any shipping costs within 15 business days of receiving the returned item. H&Y CRYSTAL will cover all return shipping costs in the event of a return or damage to the item due to our error.
